You have to ensure that you check the spelling and proof read your message/customization before you submit. Once the workmanship begins we will not be able to change it.
Note: Please, write your Pet Name / Message EXACTLY as you want it. For example, if you indicated that you want to have Love, we will engrave L in uppercase and rest letters in lowercase: Love. If you will indicate that you want LOVE, we will engrave LOVE in all uppercase. )
