3) Once you place the order send us the scanned image / images of the Handwriting to be engraved in a Etsy Message to me.

If you have chosen Engrave 1 Side, send us 1 scanned handwriting file in JPG Image format or Pdf format.
Ideal number of words to fit on this Keychain is 5 to 6 words each SIDE.
If you add more words, the engraved size will be reduced. We may align / realign your words to fit in the keychain.
We may also place words on multiple lines.


If you have chosen Engrave Both Sides, send us 2 scanned handwriting files or you can do 1 file with clearly mentioning side 1 and side 2 in JPG Image format or Pdf format.
Ideal number of words to fit on this Keychain is 5 to 6 words each side. If you add more words, the engraved size will be reduced.

If you need symbols added, Please see the image of symbols we have to offer you. Please also mention the exact placement of the Symbol.
Ex1: Place symbol #1 at end of the sentence.
Ex2: Place symbol #1 at beginning of the sentence.
Ex3: Place symbol #1 at end of the first line.

Note: Please write on Plain Clean White paper and avoid any shadows as it may affect the engraving quality.
